These were just some of the questions we were able to ask people living with cancer, carers and volunteers at the Phase 1 clinical trials unit’s behind the scenes event held on 2 February at The Christie.

Making research more accessible and listening to what people have to say was a great start to marking World Cancer Day.

Developing solutions with those affected by cancer is a fundamental part of our clinical and digital research. We are confident that by bringing together research, technology and patients we can achieve our aim to change the conduct of clinical trials for patient benefit.
